New Electronic Classroom Launched in Port Moresby

TechInPacific – A primary school in PNG has new electronic classroom contains 21 laptops; a projector and a printer that have been configured wirelessly using a mini wi-Fi system with a central control from the teachers’ desk.

The teacher can monitor what students are doing on their computer screens and also to conduct teaching lessons from the central control system using the technology.

Managing director for Dove Electronics,  David Kiapin, who installed the setup at New Erima Primary school in Port Moresby stated that the wireless system will help students improve their concentration in class and participation will be a hundred percent.

David is a former teacher and started his technology company in 2014.

Port Moresby Governor Powes Parkop was also present at the launch of the new project last week.
